The Firm was founded by Gustavo Armellini, joined in the course of time by Federico Barzon and Luca Armellini, once they earned a significant experience on commercial and international issues in well established Italian and English law firms.
Besides, from 2001 the Firm avail itself of the advice and collaboration of Elisa Valeriani, currently professor in economics at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.
